Osram enlightens the complex maintenance processes with ispro-NG

To get closer to the european customers, OSRAM has built a new production for digital lightening components in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This ensures flexible deliveries and shorter response times. The production includes the complete lighting requirements for OEMs and the distribution channel.

Since the end of 2018, the whole maintenance process in the factory in Bulgaria is handled with isproNG. The basic modules of the main system, together with additional modules like Frame Task, Document Management, Messaging System, Project Management, KPI-Module and some others bring enormous relief in the daily maintenance work. The entire spare parts management is handled via isproNG. In addition, the mobile spare parts management with PDA simplifies the inventory or the removal of spare parts. With the modules in the Web Portal, OSRAM has the perfect maintenance package.
