DONAUSÄGE RUMPLMAYR GmbH is an Austrian family-business, running industrial sawmills in third generation. We purchase and process the full bandwidth of softwood assortments occurring through harvesting activity (spruce, pine and fir logs from 12 cm top- to 70 cm stock-diameter, in 4 – 5 m lengths). This diameter spectrum comprises 96% of the Central European sawlog supply. Our traditional log provenience include the Northern Limesone Alps to the Bohemian Forest up north, the Bavarian and Thuringian Forest in western- and the Tatra Mountains in eastern direction.

From these raw materials we generate products, fulfilling international lumber demand.

Since nearly one year, our efficient Maintenance Management Software isproNG ensures simplified processes in maintenance at the location in Enns. Personnel Management, Technical Purchase, Storage- and Spare Parts Management, Legal Compliant Examination and Plannings are just an extract from the areas which are handled with our modern CMMS.

With the module „Sensors, Checkpoints, Measured Data“ any number of checkpoints/measured values for each plant element can be defined. Data can be entered manually (directly in the sensor module or via tasks), or directly by an interface (OPC). Including graphical display with information of the average value.Tip: with the module "Workflow-Notification System" alarms or other actions (follow-up tasks/alerts) can be triggered in case of exceeding limit values.
