Facility at its best: Ispro-NG at Matterhorn Group

The Matterhorn Group, hotels and restaurants of the Burgergemeinde Zermatt, operates 5 hotels, a variety of restaurants and several souvenir shops round the Matterhorn.

The group includes all kind of business - from five-star grand hotels until self service restaurants. Overall, the Matterhorn Group AG manages around 300 hotel beds and a good 5600 restaurant seats. It generates a yearly turnover of around 33 millions CHF.

Since the beginning of 2021 the Matterhorn Group is documenting the internal maintenance processes with isproNG.

Here internal maintenance management is practiced at its finest! The plant structure ranges from buildings, vehicles and technical plants to minibar and hair dryer in the hotel rooms. Only after this short periode, the isproNG app has become indisepensable. Easily alerts are recorded and tasks are edited, which can be documented on site with pictures and videos.

Maintenance tasks which are subject to legal inspections and which may have to be supplemented with external costs after they have been completed, are documented with the module "Legal compliant examination".
