Ispro-NG is the tailor-made solution for the maintenance processes at Hydro Nenzing

Hydro Nenzing develops and produces more than 44,000 tons of aluminium profiles annually with three extrusion lines and with 450 employees. In addition, Hydro Nenzing has multiple fabrication possibilities in its in-house fabrication centre and takes care of the right surface treatment for innovative products. Hydro Nenzing has been developing more sustainable aluminium solutions in cooperation with their customers for over 40 years. Also tailor-made, individual aluminium profiles are produced according to customer specifications.

A tailor-made solution for the maintenance processes at Hydro is our CMMS isproNG. An own KPI-report was developed for the company, which documents key figures and graphic evaluations about open alerts, alert reaction time, journal entries, as well as further parameters like error pictures and causes of error. Plannings, tasks and alerts are already carried out by isproNG. The next step is the interface to the ERP-system and further the spare part and stock management.
